The Corvette Diner offers a tasty way to slip back to a simpler place and time when rock n' roll and golden oldies filled the air. At the Corvette Diner there is a DJ nightly and great entertainment, including a magician on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and the Balloon Guy on Fridays and Saturdays. | San Diego, CA (March 31, 2009) – Corvette Diner, the Cohn Restaurant Group’s first restaurant concept, today announced that after 22 years in the Hillcrest community, they will be moving locations to San Diego’s Historic Liberty Station. Corvette Diner’s final day of service at the Hillcrest location will be April 26, with the new Corvette Diner & Gamers’ Garage opening in early summer 2009. Monday, June 22, 2009 - Now Open. |
